Returns and Exchanges

At Mits Gifts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Blankets and Bedding items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is damaged or defective.

Gift Cards are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@mitsgifts.com with your refund request, making sure to include your order number.

Once your request is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

    Return shipping will be deducted from the total refund unless the item is damaged or defective. In those cases, the return shipping costs will be covered.

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If your request is denied, you will receive a detailed email explaining the specific reasons for the denial and any relevant information regarding the decision.
